Review #1 – The Google Switch Report

by Trond on June 25, 2010

All true leaders have read The Google Switch Report by Jim Yaghi and David Schwind and it turned out to be all we expected it to be. Great tips and solutions to everyone who is serious about their business.

We have never read any report that is so easy-read and that explain the solutions in an easy way that everybody understands. First of all you’ll get both Jim and Davids embarrasing stories (not really embarrassing at all, just pure honesty). Section 2 takes you through 8 different marketing methods and how to use them in your marketing, this is really great stuff. The last section is about how to automate and use social media combined with content platforms and SEO, they call it the Intricate Google Web.

We have discussed this report with our own sponsor, which happens to be the top female producer in our company. She also embraces this report as the best she has read for a long time. We highly recommend this report, it’s free and you can download it HERE.

As we have implemented most of the solutions in this report, we have experienced much better results in our own business and now fully understand how to use social media combined with our own platforms and SEO. After all, sharing their results and efforts for free is all about true leadership. Read this report, implement the solutions and you’ll see results in your business to!

Repectfully,

Trond H. Blomberg

These three words hate, fear and passion defines most of what our mindset consists of. Hate is defined by what or who we really dislike. Fear is when we face something new and unknown, obstacles we are afraid to climb over or choices we make on a daily basis. Passion is about the one or those we love, would like to spend our time with and our hobbies.

These words have been and still are a part of my life too. I hear of many how hate their jobs. I didn’t hate my job, but I hated the fact that the job took so much of my time. I was awakened at 6 am every morning by my alarm clock, got up and went to work before my wife and our little newborn son woke up. I spent almost 12 hours of my day in doing my job (as a truck driver) and was not home again until between 5 and 6 pm, I was tired and didn’t have much energy left for my family. It gave me very little time with our son until he was in bed again. I hated the idea that this was what my life was meant to be. The job made me really sick, or rather, the notion that this was the life I should live made me sick and depressed.

My wife, Nina, has in her time as a housewife started our own business online and she is seriously engaged with our business and at the same time home with our son. It was in relation with this I sat down with Nina and we discussed the future. The fear came along, will we succeed in running our own business? How are we going to survive financially? Fear is something you have to go through and overcome. What is most important? The fear of failing something or overcome fear in order to do what you most want, to cultivate your passion. I chose the latter. I quit my job! I was there when our son took his first steps between me and Nina, he cracked the code of walking. These are moments that are priceless and can not be put a price tag on. This moment alone made me realize that I took the right choice.

What you do in a “normal” job is simply to trade your time for money. Money is important in terms of being able to live, but what I think is important, is the possibility to have more time for your passion. For me, being able to spend much more time with family and friends, is much more important than money. That’s why I chose to quit as a truck driver and went for our own business. It is really all about your mindset. What thoughts would you choose: I cannot do this and I’ll continue my life as it is – OR – if others can, so can I. In order for your life to change, you have to change!

That’s how you start to change your mindset, to think positive rather than negative. To run your own business is a learning process as in any other business or employment. You must be willing to learn from others who are doing the same as you. To connect with people, work from home, work in teams with others while you evolve yourself in your line of work.

For me these three words hate, fear and passion has been turned into joy, prosperity and passion. It is a new definition in my mindset and my life with the family is much better now. This is something I want to share and help others to change their mindset, dare go for something different and see the world with new eyes.

Respectfully,
Trond H. Blomberg
